Signature Global to raise ₹875 crore next week through NCDs


NEW DELHI: Signature Global Ltd, a real estate firm, plans to raise Rs 875 crore next week through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) targeted at investors.

In a regulatory filing on Thursday, the company announced that its Debenture Committee has approved the issuance of 87,500 NCDs, with a face value of Rs 1 lakh each, totaling Rs 875 crore via private placement.

The NCDs, which have a coupon rate of 11%, will have a tenure of 3 years, 2 months, and 30 days, with allotment slated for October 16, 2025, and maturity on January 15, 2029.

Earlier in June, the board of Signature Global authorized a proposal to raise up to Rs 875 crore through these NCDs via private placement.

Based in Gurugram, Signature Global is one of the leading real estate developers in India.

In the fiscal year 2024-25, the company ranked as the fifth-largest publicly listed real estate firm by sales bookings, achieving sales of Rs 10,290 crore and aiming for Rs 12,500 crore in pre-sales for the current financial year.
