NEW DELHI: Shivam Dube has purchased two apartments at DLH Enclave in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for ₹27.50 crore. Both the purchased apartments feature a cumulative carpet area of 4,200 sq ft (390 sq meter). The total built-up area for both apartments together is 9,603 sq ft (892.19 sq meter).
The transaction was a primary purchase from Dev Land and Housing and includes three car parking spaces. It attracted a total stamp duty of ₹1.65 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000, according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards.

R. Madhavan and wife Sarita have leased out a co-owned residential apartment located in Signia Pearl, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) for a starting monthly rent of ₹6.50 lakh. The rental agreement includes a security deposit of ₹39 lakh and was registered with a stamp duty of ₹47,000 and registration charges of ₹1,000.
As per Square Yards’ analysis, the lease tenure spans 24 months (two years), starting from the first week of June 2025, with a lock-in period of 16 months. The monthly rent starts at ₹6.50 lakh in the first year and escalates by 5% to approximately ₹6.83 lakh in the second year. Over the full term, the cumulative rental value is estimated at approximately ₹1.60 crore.
Madhavan and his wife acquired this property—measuring 4,182 sq ft for a total value of ₹17.50 crore in July 2024.
