NEW DELHI: Shaula Real Estates has purchased a duplex apartment in the Naman Xana, a residential project by Shree Naman Group, located in Worli, Mumbai, for ₹225.76 crore.
The apartment was purchased from Naman Residency and Karp Estate. The duplex unit has a carpet area of 856 sq meters (9,214 sq ft). The total built-up area of the apartment is 1,067 sq meters (11,485 sq ft).
The apartment includes six car parking spaces. The deal incurred a stamp duty of ₹13.55 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000, as per the the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was registered in May 2025.
The project is spread over 0.64 acres and is scheduled for completion by 2027.
