NEW DELHI: Ritika Sajdeh, wife of Rohit Sharma, has acquired an apartment in Ahuja Towers, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, for ₹26.30 crore.
The new apartment boasts a carpet area of 2,760.40 sq ft (256.45 sq meters) and includes three designated car parking spaces.
The transaction involved a stamp duty of ₹1.31 crore and registration fees of ₹30,000, as indicated in the property registration documents accessed by Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.
The deal was officially registered in December 2025.
