NEW DELHI: Rakesh Roshan and his wife, Pramila, have acquired five commercial units in Vaidya West World One Aeropolis, Andheri East, Mumbai, for a total of ₹19.68 crore, based on property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) obtained by Square Yards.
All transactions occurred in November 2025.
The first property, priced at ₹3.27 crore, has a carpet area of 116.96 sq meters (1,259 sq ft) and includes two parking spaces. It incurred a stamp duty of ₹19.64 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000.
The second property, valued at ₹2.83 crore, has a carpet area of 101.17 sq meters (1,089 sq ft) and also includes two parking spaces. This transaction came with a stamp duty of ₹16.98 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000.
The third property is worth ₹4.85 crore, featuring a RERA carpet area of 173.63 sq meters (1,869 sq ft) and includes two parking spaces. The transaction included a stamp duty of ₹29.15 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000.
The fourth property, purchased for ₹5.28 crore, has a carpet area of 188.87 sq meters (2,033 sq ft) and two parking spaces. The stamp duty was ₹31.71 lakh and registration fees amounted to ₹30,000.
The fifth property, costing ₹3.43 crore, includes a carpet area of 122.82 sq meters (1,322 sq ft) with two parking spaces. This transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹20.62 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000.
