NEW DELHI: Oberoi Realty announced a 29% increase in consolidated profit, reporting Rs 760.26 crore for the second quarter of this fiscal, attributed to higher revenues.
This compares to a net profit of Rs 589.44 crore in the same period last year.
For the July-September quarter of 2025-26, total income surged to Rs 1,844.84 crore, up from Rs 1,358.62 crore during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, according to a regulatory filing from Oberoi Realty.
