NBCC Projects Revenue to Hit ₹25,000 Crore by FY28


NEW DELHI: State-owned NBCC Ltd projects its revenue to reach approximately Rs 25,000 crore by 2027-28, which would be more than double its earnings from the previous financial year, bolstered by a substantial order book totaling Rs 1.2 lakh crore.

The company, engaged in project management consultancy (PMC) and real estate, offered these insights during a recent conference call with analysts. They outlined revenue forecasts, stating, “This year, we expect Rs 14,000 crore to Rs 15,000 crore. Next year, it will likely be between Rs 18,000 crore and Rs 19,000 crore, and by 2027-28, around Rs 25,000 crore.”

For the financial year 2024-25, NBCC Ltd reported a net profit of Rs 557.42 crore and a total income of Rs 12,272.99 crore.

The details from the conference call were shared with the stock exchanges on Monday. The management indicated that the consolidated order book stood at Rs 1.2 lakh crore at the end of the April-June quarter and expressed optimism that it could surpass Rs 2 lakh crore within the next 2-3 years.

“In the next two to three years, we anticipate our order book will exceed Rs 2 lakh crore,” the management added, emphasizing ongoing discussions with various states and public sector enterprises to secure additional contracts.

In the first quarter of the current fiscal year, NBCC reported a 26% rise in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 135.03 crore, compared to Rs 107.19 crore in the same period last year. The total income rose to Rs 2,465.48 crore in the April-June quarter from Rs 2,196.20 crore in the previous year.
