NBCC India’s FY26 net profit up 33.19% to ₹742.44 crore


NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) has announced a net consolidated profit increase of 33.19% for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax reached ₹742.44 crore in FY26, up from ₹557.42 crore in FY25, according to the company’s BSE filing.

The total net consolidated income for FY26 was ₹13,195.88 crore, a rise of 7.52% compared to ₹12,272.99 crore in FY25.

In Q4 FY26, the net consolidated income saw a slight decline of 1.75%, amounting to ₹4,618.59 crore, down from ₹4,700.86 crore in the same quarter last year. However, profit after tax surged by 38.79%, hitting ₹253.51 crore compared to ₹182.66 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.46 (46%) per paid-up equity share of ₹1 (subject to TDS deduction) for FY26.
