NEW DELHI: The state-owned NBCC (India) has wrapped up the e-auction for 417 residential units in two housing projects located in Noida and Greater Noida West, achieving a total sale value of approximately ₹1,045.4 crore, as stated in a regulatory filing by the company.
The sold units are part of the Aspire Leisure Valley project in Greater Noida West, specifically in towers 7 and 8, as well as Aspire Silicon City, Phase IV in Sector 76, Noida, which comprises tower 5, under Sub-Package 4 of the project.
According to the transaction agreement, NBCC will receive a marketing fee of 1% of the sale value, equating to an expected fee income of approximately ₹10.45 crore from the e-auction.
The Aspire projects are part of the previously stalled residential portfolio of the former Amrapali Group, which NBCC took over following a Supreme Court order in 2019. The court mandated NBCC to complete outstanding Amrapali projects and manage construction, sales, and delivery to safeguard the interests of homebuyers.
Since assuming control, NBCC has been focused on construction efforts, monetizing unsold inventory via e-auctions, and utilizing proceeds from sales to fund project completion, settle statutory dues, and deliver homes to existing allottees. The Aspire Leisure Valley and Aspire Silicon City projects are among those being finalized under this initiative.
