Lodha Developers’ Q1 FY27 Net Profit Soars to ₹1,373.10 Crore


NEW DELHI: Lodha Developers, previously known as Macrotech Developers, has reported a remarkable 103.4% increase in its net consolidated profit after tax, reaching ₹1,373.10 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, compared to ₹675.10 crore in the same period last year.

The company’s net consolidated total income surged by 40.6% to ₹5,096.70 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹3,624.70 crore in Q1 FY26.

Pre-sales amounted to ₹4,629 crore, with collections rising by 46% year-on-year to ₹4,205 crore. The net debt declined by ₹446 crore during the quarter, totaling ₹4,931 crore, aided by strong operating cash flows.

As of June 30, 2026, the company’s net worth is reported at ₹24,309.20 crore. Its debt-equity ratio stands at 0.42, while the current liability ratio is at 0.86.

The debt-to-assets ratio is 0.17. The company achieved an operating margin of 43.11% and a net profit margin of 26.94%.

During this quarter, the company sold land at its Green Data Center Park in Palava, Navi Mumbai, to Digital Edge India, a joint venture involving Singapore’s Digital Edge and the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund, for over ₹42 crore per acre. The value of Lodha’s Palava landholding has reportedly increased more than 15 times in the last five years.

Managing Director Abhishek Lodha anticipates that the company’s annual annuity income will grow over tenfold in the next six years, exceeding ₹3,000 crore, driven by data centers with a planned capacity of one gigawatt, warehousing and industrial parks, as well as high-street retail.
