Keystone Realtors to Redevelop 8 Housing Societies in Andheri East


MUMBAI: Keystone Realtors has been awarded a significant redevelopment project for Om Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Federation in Andheri (East), Mumbai, with an estimated gross development value of approximately ₹1,775 crore.

The project entails the redevelopment of eight housing societies, covering a total land area of around 20,569.90 square meters.

As reported by the company, the redevelopment will facilitate the rehabilitation of 637 current members from these societies, and it is projected to create a free-sale potential of about five lakh square feet of carpet area.

Boman Irani, chairman and managing director of Keystone Realtors, stated, “We are enhancing our focus on large society redevelopment, and this project significantly strengthens our foothold in this strategically vital suburban market.”
