NEW DELHI: Keystone Realtors has reported pre-sales of ₹13.46 billion in Q4 FY26, up from ₹8.54 billion in Q4 FY25, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 58%.
During FY26, total pre-sales reached ₹40.22 billion, compared to ₹30.28 billion for FY25, marking a 33% year-on-year increase.
Boman Irani, chairman & managing director of the company, stated, “Our collections achieved remarkable growth, totaling ₹26.21 billion for FY26. On the business development side, we successfully launched five projects in FY26, with an aggregate GDV of ₹104.20 billion—an impressive 118% growth year-on-year. In FY26, we introduced seven projects with an estimated GDV of ₹98.13 billion, representing a 96% year-on-year increase. We have significantly exceeded our FY26 guidance for both business development and new launches.”
Collections reached ₹8.53 billion in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹7.47 billion in Q4 FY25, indicating a 14% year-on-year growth for the quarter. For FY26, total collections stood at ₹26.21 billion, up from ₹23.27 billion the previous year, equivalent to a 13% annual growth.
The company launched two projects in Q4 FY26, covering a saleable area of 0.69 million square feet, with an estimated GDV of ₹39.78 billion.
Overall, the company launched seven projects in FY26 with an estimated GDV of ₹98.13 billion, compared to ₹50.19 billion in FY25, showcasing a growth of 96%. This also resulted in achieving 140% of the full-year launch guidance of ₹70 billion in FY26.
The company added one project in Q4 FY26, comprising a saleable area of 0.84 million square feet and an estimated GDV of ₹17.72 billion. For the entire FY26, five projects were added, covering 4.32 million square feet, with an estimated GDV of ₹104.20 billion, compared to ₹47.83 billion for FY25, reflecting a 118% year-on-year growth.
This resulted in achieving 174% of the full-year business development guidance of ₹60 billion in FY26, with all projects being redevelopment initiatives.
During the financial year, the company completed three projects in Q4 FY26, with a construction area of 0.25 million square feet. Overall, six projects were finished in FY26, encompassing a total area of 2.23 million square feet.
