Keystone Realtors’ Q3 FY26 Sales Drop 3% to ₹837 Crore


NEW DELHI: Keystone Realtors Ltd, a real estate firm, reported a 3% drop in sales bookings to ₹837 crore in Q3 of this fiscal year, having launched only one housing project. This compares to ₹863 crore during the same period last year.

The Mumbai-based company operates under the Rustomjee brand.

In the first nine months of this fiscal year, the firm saw a 23% increase in sales bookings, reaching ₹2,676 crore, up from ₹2,174 crore in the previous year, as stated in a regulatory filing.

Boman Irani, CMD of Keystone Realtors Ltd, emphasized that the company maintains strong operational momentum. He noted that the October-December period showcased a quarter of solid performance, reaffirming the strength of their business model and consistent growth.

Keystone Realtors has achieved 67% of its pre-sales guidance for this financial year. During the third quarter, the company launched one project with an estimated sales value of ₹919 crore. Over the first nine months, five projects were launched, valued at a collective ₹5,835 crore.

“Our robust pipeline prepares us to capitalize on future demand. I am confident in our ability to secure new projects and execute them effectively,” said Irani, adding that the company will continue to focus on redevelopment projects in Mumbai.

Keystone Realtors is among the leading real estate developers in India, having developed numerous housing projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
