Keystone Realtors’ FY26 Profit Falls 49.5% to ₹94.95 Crore


NEW DELHI: Keystone Realtors has announced a 30.81% increase in its net consolidated profit for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax reached ₹94.95 crore for FY26, compared to ₹188.13 crore in FY25, as stated in their BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income for FY26 was ₹2,716.85 crore, marking a 28.07% rise from ₹2,121.44 crore in FY25.

In Q4 FY26, the net consolidated total income surged by 151.22% to ₹1,613.36 crore, up from ₹642.20 crore in the same quarter last year. However, the profit after tax saw a 4.93% decline, settling at ₹63.65 crore compared to ₹66.95 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Boman Irani, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, stated, “Pre-sales for FY26 reached ₹40.22 billion, representing a 33% year-on-year growth and 2.5 times the amount we accomplished in FY23, reflecting a CAGR of 36% over the last three years. Our market share in MMR has nearly doubled since FY23. We achieved collections of ₹26.22 billion in FY26. In terms of business development, we introduced five projects with a cumulative GDV of ₹104.20 billion, marking a 118% year-on-year increase, and launched seven projects with an estimated GDV of ₹98.13 billion, a 96% year-on-year growth.”

As of March 31, 2026, the company’s net worth was ₹2,863.32 crore, with a debt-equity ratio of 0.51, current liability ratio of 0.83, total debts to total assets ratio of 0.22, operating margin of 12.3%, and net profit margin of 3.7%.

During FY26, the company completed six projects, covering a construction area of 2.23 million sq ft.
