Indiqube Spaces Reports ₹106.34 Crore Net Loss in FY26


NEW DELHI: Indiqube Spaces reported a post-tax loss of ₹106.34 crore for the financial year 2025-26. According to a BSE filing, the company’s total income for FY26 was ₹1,527.51 crore.

In the fourth quarter of FY26, the total income reached ₹425.71 crore, with a loss after tax of ₹22.65 crore.

Co-founder Meghna Agarwal stated, “Our presence now spans 17 cities, encompassing 130 properties and over 9.66 million sq ft of office space. We added 28,000 seats throughout the year, maintaining a consistent occupancy rate of 88%.”

The debt-to-equity ratio improved to 0.08 in FY26, down from 0.9 in FY25. The area under management (AUM) rose by nearly 1.25 million sq ft year-on-year, totaling 9.66 million sq ft. Seat capacity increased by almost 28,000, bringing the total to 2,15,000 seats as the company added 15 new centers year-on-year.
