Hero Realty Acquires 18,215 Sq M Land in Greater Noida

NEW DELHI: Hero Realty, the real estate division of Hero Enterprise, has successfully acquired a land parcel of 18,215 square meters in Sector MU, Greater Noida, via a recent auction held by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA).

The site is designated for residential development.

In Gurugram, the company has launched “The Palatial by Hero Homes” located in Sector 104 along the Dwarka Expressway. This project spans around 11 acres.

Additionally, the company has introduced a new vertical, Hero Earth, focusing on its plotted development offerings. Through this brand, Hero Realty has entered the Sonipat real estate market in partnership with the Spiti Group, providing plots in Sector 33 ranging from 1,115 sq ft to 1,615 sq ft.
