NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties (GPL) announced bookings of ₹34,171 crore for FY26, reflecting a 16% increase compared to the previous year, as per the company’s operational update.
During the fiscal year, the company sold 17,515 units, with total sales volume rising 5% to reach 27 million sq ft. The booking value for the March quarter amounted to ₹10,163 crore, showing a 21% sequential growth.
Collections for FY26 saw a 17% increase to ₹19,965 crore, while operating cash flow rose by 5% to ₹7,830 crore. In Q4, quarterly collections reached ₹7,947 crore.
Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of the company stated, “Our new business developments, with a potential future booking value exceeding ₹42,000 crore in FY2026, will ensure a robust launch pipeline in the upcoming years. The combined operating cash flow of over ₹15,000 crore generated in the last two financial years empowers us to invest for growth while fortifying our balance sheet.”
Regionally, sales were led by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (₹10,313 crore), followed by Bengaluru (₹8,802 crore) and the National Capital Region (₹7,410 crore), with Pune and Hyderabad also contributing to the overall bookings.
Throughout the year, the company introduced 18 projects covering an estimated saleable area of over 33 million sq ft, with a potential booking value around ₹42,100 crore, and delivered 12.1 million sq ft of projects across nine cities.
Additionally, promoters increased their stake in the company by 5% during FY26 through market purchases.
