NEW DELHI: Emaar India plans to invest ₹400 crore to develop a high-rise residential project – Elite Oasis at Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.
The project has an expected revenue potential of ₹650 crore.
Developed on 2.923 acres of land, the project offers a wide range of residential units, 3BHK + U and 4BHK + U (two types).
The price range for 3BHK units will be between ₹2.75 to ₹2.90 crore and for 4BHK units between ₹3.87 to 4.15 crore.
