ED Attaches ₹782 Crore in Properties of Raheja Developers

NEW DELHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached immovable properties valued at ₹782.36 crore belonging to Raheja Developers under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

This action pertains to allegations of cheating homebuyers across various projects initiated by the firm.

The ED is examining Raheja Developers, its director Navin M. Raheja, and other related individuals under the PMLA.

The case stems from multiple FIRs filed by the Economic Offences Wing in Delhi following complaints from homebuyers who claim to have been defrauded.

According to the ED, Raheja Developers raised around ₹2,425.99 crore from approximately 4,600 homebuyers in relation to numerous real estate projects falsely marketed as providing residential units.

Previously, properties with an estimated market value of ₹1,113.81 crore were attached as per a provisional order dated April 28, 2026. This was followed by the attachment of properties worth ₹503.48 crore through another order dated June 15, 2026.

With the latest provisional attachment, the total estimated market value of the attached properties now reaches around ₹2,399.65 crore.

The investigation by the ED is ongoing.
