PUNE: The proposed uniformity in maintenance charges, transfer of share procedures, and quorum requirements for redevelopment meetings were among the key concerned raised by housing societies over the draft rules framed under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, officials said. Omaxe acquires 260 acres of land in Punjab

Representative Image NEW DELHI: Omaxe, through its subsidiaries, has acquired 260 acres of land for an integrated township—New Amritsar in Punjab. In the first phase, it is developing 127 acres with an investment of over ₹1,000 crore. “In the future, we also see the opportunity to expand this township through new land acquisitions,” said Mohit Goel, managing director of the company. GNIDA offers housing plots near Noida airport, one costs ₹152 crore

NOIDA: Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has unveiled a premium group housing plot scheme near the upcoming Noida International Airport, with the largest parcel commanding a reserve price of Rs 152 crore. The Authority has put three prime plots on the auction block through e-bidding — 18,215sqm in Sector Mu with a reserve price of Rs 97 crore, a 30,000sqm plot in Sigma III with a reserve price of Rs 152 crore, and a 3,999sqm land parcel in Alpha II with a base price of Rs 25 crore.
