NEW DELHI: The NCR-based County Group has acquired a five-acre land parcel in Sector 151, Noida, for approximately ₹473 crore.
This land was obtained through an auction organized by the state government. The company intends to develop a low-density project featuring only 226 residential units, distributed across three apartment sizes, totaling an area of 1.1 million sq ft.
