Dubai-based CorporatEdge has announced an investment of Rs 225 crore to expand its network into Global Capacity Centres (GCCs). The company specializes in high-quality serviced office solutions.
They have entered a joint venture with Braymont Holding, aiming for expansion across the GCC in the next two to three years.
Situated in Emaar Square, Downtown Dubai, their first UAE Offitel covers 36,000 sq. ft. and provides 95 fully serviced premium suites. The facility includes private offices, large team suites for up to 100 people, custom-built enterprise solutions, boardrooms, meeting rooms, and various hospitality services, all designed with wellness in mind.
The centre serves global enterprises, regional headquarters, and high-growth firms seeking flexibility, scalability, and a prestigious address.
“Dubai is a natural next chapter for CorporatEdge—an international business hub that emphasizes both performance and experience. This centre has been meticulously designed with premium meeting spaces and concierge services,” stated Monaah M Shuklla, Founder & CEO of CorporatEdge Offitels.
This joint venture aims to create a unique ecosystem that balances global operating experience with local market insights, resulting in future-ready, hospitality-driven workplaces across the UAE.
“The UAE is at the heart of global business momentum today. Its state-of-the-art infrastructure, regulatory vision, and leadership position it as a prime destination for multinational and high-growth companies. This partnership combines proven expertise with extensive local knowledge,” said Anish Jain, Founder & CEO of Braymont Holding.
