NEW DELHI: Central Park is set to invest ₹2,000 crore in a new residential project named Delphine along the Dwarka Expressway. Funding will come from internal accruals and capital finance.
The project will span 7.85 acres in Sector 104, Gurugram, and will be developed in three phases, with construction anticipated to start in 2026 and completion expected by 2032. The development will be managed in-house.
The high-rise complex will feature six towers, including serviced studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as 3BHK and 4BHK units.
The company forecasts sales revenue of approximately ₹3,500 crore from this project. Pricing for studio units will range from ₹3 crore to ₹5 crore, while 3BHK units will start at ₹11 crore and 4BHK units at ₹15 crore.
