Brigade Group to Co-Develop Two Housing Projects in Hyderabad


NEW DELHI: Brigade Group has entered into joint development agreements (JDAs) for new residential projects in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad—Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3.

“This expansion is a strategic move towards our sustainable and scalable growth in Hyderabad, a crucial market for us in South India. We will actively seek land parcels that align with our growth ambitions, design vision, and quality standards,” stated Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises.

Together, these projects cover a total development area of around one million square feet, with expected revenue surpassing ₹970 crore. The developments will be set across 10 acres of prime land and will include 405 homes featuring 3 and 4 BHK configurations.
