NEW DELHI: Brigade Enterprises has reported a 12.61% decline in net consolidated profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. Its profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹205.83 crore, down from ₹235.52 crore in the same quarter last year, according to a BSE filing.
The net consolidated total income for Q3 FY26 was ₹1,623.18 crore, reflecting a 6.11% increase from ₹1,529.68 crore in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.
The company’s board has accepted the resignation of Pradyumna Krishna Kumar as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective February 2, 2026. Despite stepping down from this role, he will continue as an executive director. Yogesh Patel has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective the same date.
In the real estate segment, net bookings for Q3 FY26 were reported at 1.33 million sq ft, with a sales value of ₹1,750 crore. Collections during the same period amounted to ₹1,760 crore.
Furthermore, the company has signed an agreement to purchase a 2.25-acre land parcel in Secunderabad, which will be developed into a residential project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹650 crore.
Leasing revenue for the quarter was ₹325 crore, marking a 16% growth compared to Q3 FY25, while EBITDA was recorded at ₹231 crore. The portfolio’s occupancy rate stood at 93%, with total leasing reaching 8.61 million sq ft out of 9.29 million sq ft.
