BHIVE Workspace Leases 100K+ Sq Ft in Bellandur

NEW DELHI: BHIVE Workspace, a provider of co-working and managed office spaces, has leased over 100,000 square feet for a new center at Sattva Premia, Bellandur, Bengaluru.

Shesh Rao Paplikar, founder & CEO of the company, stated, “The new Grade A center strengthens our position in Bengaluru’s business corridor and enhances accessibility and connectivity via HSR and the upcoming Blue Line metro.”

The center, which has been leased from Sattva, can accommodate more than 2,000 seats and is designed to meet the rising demand from corporates, enterprises, and Global Capability Centers.

Goa Govt Loses ₹107 Crore as TCP Grants Free FAR to 321 Units

PANAJI: According to a report by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), Goa has incurred a loss of ₹107 crore due to the town and country planning (TCP) department granting concessions to commercial entities by not imposing fees for additional floor area ratio (FAR). If calculated based on the finance department’s recommended rates, this loss could exceed ₹2,000 crore. NEW DELHI: The workplace solutions provider, IndiQube Spaces Ltd, saw an 87% subscription rate on its initial public offer (IPO) during the first day of bidding on Wednesday. According to NSE data, the IPO attracted bids for 1,50,00,111 shares against the 1,71,48,335 shares available.
