NEW DELHI: Awfis Space Solutions, a provider of flexible workspace solutions, announced a standalone net profit after tax of ₹8.94 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The company’s standalone total income reached ₹351.54 crore in Q1 FY26, as disclosed in a BSE filing.
Amit Ramani, chairman and managing director, stated, “We are delighted to report a robust start to FY26, with revenue at ₹335 crore, marking a 30% year-on-year increase. Our Operating EBITDA margin widened by 710 basis points to 37.8%, fueled by strong revenue growth, deeper enterprise penetration, expanding allied services, and a persistent focus on operational efficiencies. Operationally, we maintain strong momentum, with a 40% year-on-year growth in operational seat capacity, underscoring the effectiveness and scalability of our expansion strategy.”
In a separate regulatory notice, the company announced the launch of a new line of business in the office furniture and furnishing sector. The aim is to optimize costs for Awfis’s workspace fit-outs, create additional revenue streams from external clients, and enhance quality, timelines, and customization for internal projects.
The company plans to invest around ₹8–10 crore, primarily for product development, contract manufacturing, vendor onboarding, tooling support, prototyping, certifications, team hiring, and working capital.
“All new centres signed between June 2024 and June 2025 are located in grade A assets. Our presence in tier-II cities has increased by approximately 25%. Since June 2024, our total MA seat capacity has risen by 32%, and MA centres have grown by 23%. Occupancies are at 84% for centres over 12 months old and 73% overall, reflecting strong absorption trends,” Ramani added.
