Aurum Proptech’s Q2 FY26 Net Loss Narrows to ₹8.41 Crore

NEW DELHI: Aurum Proptech reported a consolidated net loss after tax of ₹8.41 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. This reflects an improvement from a net loss of ₹12.15 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, as stated in a BSE filing.

The company’s consolidated net total income for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹87.66 crore, marking a growth of 29.66% compared to ₹67.61 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Onkar Shetye, the company’s executive director, commented: “Our distribution business grew by 62% year-on-year, driven by AI-led product innovations in Sell.do and the expanding presence of Aurum Analytica. The rental business also witnessed 25% year-on-year growth thanks to the scale of HelloWorld and a fourfold increase in NestAway’s monthly revenue run rate, alongside the launch of ‘Nestr’ in the U.A.E. On the capital side, we are proceeding cautiously and strategically ahead of launching our first SM REIT asset to ensure we are fully prepared and aligned with regulatory requirements.”

The board of directors has approved the acquisition of up to an 8.2% equity stake in K2V2 Technologies (K2V2) for an amount not exceeding ₹6.33 crore via a share purchase agreement with K2V2 Technologies, Ketan Sabnis, and Vinayak Katkar.

Upon completion of this transaction, Aurum Proptech’s shareholding in K2V2 will rise to 90.14%.

Additionally, the board has approved the divestment of a 0.60% equity stake held in Integrow Asset Management.
