AU Real Estate Secures Selling Rights for Aspire Leisure Valley 2

NEW DELHI: AU Real Estate has secured the selling rights for Aspire Leisure Valley, a residential project by NBCC (India), through a ₹1,069 crore deal that also includes Aspire Centurion Park.

Earlier this year, in May 2025, AU Real Estate obtained sales rights for Aspire Silicon City valued at ₹1,467.93 crore.

Following this acquisition, the company has launched Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West at an introductory rate of ₹7,979 per sq ft.

The project is under the supervision of the Supreme Court of India, with construction managed by Capacite Infraprojects.

Mittal Builders, HoABL to invest ₹2,000 Cr in Mumbai project
