Arkade Developers Q2 FY26 Profit Rises 6% to ₹45.8 Crore


NEW DELHI: Arkade Developers Ltd has reported a 6% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹45.80 crore for the quarter ending in September, driven by higher revenue. In the same quarter last year, the net profit was ₹43.36 crore.

Total income rose to ₹264.82 crore in the July-September quarter of this fiscal year, up from ₹203.33 crore during the same period last year, according to a regulatory filing.


Mumbai-based Arkade Developers has successfully delivered over 5.5 million square feet of property, with another 2 million square feet currently under construction.

Andhra Pradesh extends LRS guidelines cut-off to June 30

VIJAYAWADA: The state government has instructed municipal commissioners and urban development authority vice-chairpersons to address all outstanding applications under the Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS).
