NEW DELHI: Sobha Ltd, a prominent real estate firm, has announced a remarkable 52% surge in sales bookings, totaling ₹2,115.2 crore for the third quarter of this fiscal year. This growth is attributed to increased volumes and favorable price realization, buoyed by strong housing demand.
In comparison, the Bengaluru-based company recorded sales of ₹1,388.6 crore during the same period last year.
“We have achieved a historic quarterly performance, with record real estate sales of ₹2,115 crore,” Sobha Ltd noted in its regulatory announcement on Saturday.
In terms of physical sales, Sobha Ltd sold 1,370,340 sq ft from October to December, a jump from 1,016,367 sq ft during the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
The average price realization increased from ₹13,663 per sq ft to ₹15,436 per sq ft.
Breaking down the sales figures, the company generated ₹1,512 crore in Bengaluru and ₹349 crore in the Delhi-NCR region.
For the first nine months of 2025-26, Sobha Ltd’s sales bookings rose by 37% to ₹6,096.7 crore, up from ₹4,440.8 crore in the same timeframe the previous year.
In the full year of 2024-25, the company’s total sales bookings reached ₹6,276.5 crore, with volume figures of 4,679,825 sq ft.
As one of the leading real estate developers in India, Sobha Ltd operates across 13 cities, recently including Mumbai in its portfolio.
According to data analytics firm PropEquity, however, housing sales dropped 16% in the October-December quarter, totaling 98,019 units across the top nine cities.
