NEW DELHI: Smartworks Coworking Spaces (Smartworks) has signed a lease for 1.68 lakh sq ft in Kolkata with a leading global provider of information technology, consulting, and business process services.
The IT firm’s new office will be set across two locations, Victoria Park and Mediasiti, both situated in Salt Lake City, Sector V.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL India as the advisory partner.
Currently, the company manages a portfolio of 14 million sq ft across 14 cities.

91Springboard has introduced two new hubs: one in Bengaluru and another in Chennai, collectively covering over one lakh sq ft and providing around 2,500 seats. Both hubs are expected to commence operations by February 2026.
The Bengaluru center is located in Helios Business Park, covering approximately 56,000 sq ft, while the Chennai center in Guindy’s Olympia Cyberspace spans 50,000 sq ft.
With the addition of these hubs, the company now operates 13 locations in South India, totaling six lakh sq ft, and plans to expand by another 1.5 lakh sq ft by the end of FY26 to cater to increasing demand in the region.
To date, the company has opened 14 new hubs in CY2025, totaling more than half a million sq ft.
