NEW DELHI: Rakesh Roshan and his son Hrithik Roshan’s company, HRX Digitech LLP, has acquired four commercial units in Andheri West, Mumbai for ₹10.90 crore, according to property registration documents examined by Square Yards.
All transactions were registered in November 2025 at Yura Business Park Phase 2.
The first property, valued at ₹3.42 crore, features a carpet area of 79.15 sq meters (852 sq ft) and includes two car parking spaces, incurring a stamp duty of ₹20.54 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000.
The second unit was acquired for ₹2.19 crore. It has a carpet area of 50.63 sq meters (approximately 545 sq ft) and comes with one designated parking space. The stamp duty for this transaction was ₹13.14 lakh, along with ₹30,000 for registration.
The third unit, purchased for ₹3.39 crore, offers a carpet area of 78.50 sq meters (around 845 sq ft) and one parking spot. It incurred a stamp duty of ₹20.37 lakh and registration fees of ₹30,000.
The fourth commercial unit was bought for ₹1.90 crore, with a carpet area spanning 43.94 sq meters (approximately 473 sq ft) and an allocated parking space. The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹11.40 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
