BHIVE Signs Lease for 15,000 sq ft in Jayanagar, Bengaluru


NEW DELHI: BHIVE Workspace has secured a lease for 15,000 sq ft of office space in Jayanagar 4th Block, Bengaluru, from Garuda Group.

This marks the second partnership between the two companies, following the establishment of Garuda BHIVE Workspace at BTM Campus.

The new center will provide flexible seating options, private offices, and managed office solutions, accommodating over 650 seats at an average rent of ₹8,500 per seat per month. “Currently, the center is about 40% occupied, and we anticipate reaching 90% occupancy within the next six months,” stated Shesh Rao Paplikar, founder & CEO of the company.

BHIVE Workspace operates more than 28 centers across Bengaluru and Mumbai, totaling 1.8 million sq ft of workspace.

Nishitetsu, Runwal to develop ₹2,000-crore office in Mumbai
