EFC (I) Net Profit Soars 55.11% in Q2 FY26


NEW DELHI: EFC (I) has announced a significant 55.11% increase in its net consolidated profit for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. The company reported a profit after tax of ₹56.71 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹36.56 crore in the same quarter last year, according to a filing with the BSE.

The net consolidated total income for Q2 FY26 reached ₹441.90 crore, marking a 4.18% rise from ₹424.19 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Expanding its capacity, the company now seats over 68,000, achieving an average revenue of ₹6,750-7,250 per seat and managing an area of 3.23 million sq ft by Q2 FY26.

Recently, EFC launched a retail leasing division called EFC Retail Spaces. Umesh Kumar Sahay, founder and managing director, remarked, “Retail in India is evolving, where location, design, and customer experience are key to success. Our entry into retail leasing complements EFC’s comprehensive real estate capabilities.”

The company has plans to develop a portfolio of retail spaces in major metro and tier-1 cities, followed by high-street and mixed-use developments in growing urban centers. The initial projects are set to commence by January 2026.
