NEW DELHI: Modis Navnirman, based in Mumbai, has been appointed as the developer for the redevelopment of the New Chitra Co-operative Housing Society in Kandivali West. GHAZIABAD: The district administration has opted not to implement the proposed property circle rate increase of up to 40%, instead making only minor adjustments to last year’s rates to correct “technical anomalies”.
