Mohali Development Body to Issue Clearance Certificates Soon

MOHALI: The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is set to host a one-day camp at PUDA Bhawan on Saturday, September 13, aimed at distributing various clearance certificates to allottees, promoters, and developers.

The event will take place in the meeting hall on the second floor starting at 9 AM.

Chief Administrator Vishesh Sarangal stated that GMADA is committed to providing a wide range of services to the public in a timely and efficient manner. These services include the issuance of conveyance deeds, no dues certificates, and permissions for property transfers and building plan approvals. Clearances for projects will also be available for promoters and developers.

“The main goal of this camp is to simplify the process for allottees and stakeholders. It will also serve as a platform for individuals to discuss the challenges they encounter when securing various services from GMADA offices,” Sarangal explained. He mentioned that officials from different departments—including the estate office (plots), estate office (housing), district town planner (GMADA), and regulatory offices—will be present to assist applicants and respond to inquiries.

Furthermore, Sarangal emphasized that officials have been instructed to record any grievances raised during the camp, enabling GMADA to implement necessary improvements. “We are conducting regular monitoring to ensure efficient service delivery. This initiative aims to enhance the system, making it more user-friendly for applicants,” he added.

This camp is part of GMADA’s comprehensive strategy to enhance service delivery, promote transparency, and offer timely solutions to the public and stakeholders.
