NEW DELHI: Arkade Developers has reported a net consolidated profit decline of 4.83% for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The company’s profit after tax was ₹28.75 crore in Q1 FY26, down from ₹30.21 crore in the same quarter last year, according to a BSE filing.
The net consolidated total income for Q1 FY26 was ₹165.22 crore, reflecting a 31.64% increase from ₹125.51 crore recorded in the same quarter of the prior fiscal year.
Amit Jain, the chairman and managing director, stated, “We are pleased to announce a robust year-on-year growth, with pre-sales up by 17.1% and collections increasing by 41.8%. Furthermore, we’ve declared an inaugural interim dividend for our shareholders, highlighting the company’s strong financial standing and commitment to investors.”
The board of directors has proposed a maiden interim dividend of 10%. It should be noted that promoter Amit M Jain and whole-time directors Sandeep Jain and Arpit Jain will not partake in this dividend.
