NEW DELHI: TDI Infrastructure Ltd has successfully repaid its total debt of Rs 2,000 crore, officially becoming a debt-free entity.
In a statement released on Thursday, the company confirmed that it has “cleared all outstanding obligations amounting to Rs 2,000 crore without any restructuring, settlement, or waiver.”
TDI Infrastructure is now focusing on consolidating its assets and developing both residential townships and commercial properties.
TDI Infrastructure’s Akshay Taneja commented, “Achieving a debt-free status has been a significant milestone in our transformation journey. It exemplifies our long-term discipline and commitment to delivering tangible results while upholding financial integrity.”
The company plans to re-launch TDI City in Kundli and is also looking to enter the Ludhiana micro-market with a new township project.
TDI Infrastructure boasts a portfolio of over 2,500 acres across key locations, including Kundli, Mohali, Panipat, Rajpura, Faridabad, Agra, and Moradabad.
