315Work Avenue lease out 50,000 sq ft to METRO Global Solutions Center in Pune

NEW DELHI: 315Work Avenue, a co-working space provider, has leased out 50,000 sq ft to METRO Global Solutions Center (MGSC) at International Tech Park Pune (ITPP), Kharadi.

The company now has six centres spread across 0.6 million sq ft in Pune totalling around 12,000 seats.

Overall, it currently manages three million sq ft space totalling around 60,000 seats across 45 locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.

ITPP is a grade-A 2.5 million sq ft tech Park developed by Ascendas-Singbridge.

Indiramma housing scheme to cover 20 lakh families: Telangana housing minister

HYDERABAD: Housing minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Friday announced that three more phases of the Indiramma housing scheme will be rolled out to benefit 20 lakh poor families over the next three-and-a-half years. Speaking at a programme in Peddapalli district, he said that in the first phase, 4.5 lakh houses have already been sanctioned, with 3,500 units allocated per assembly constituency. Zoning confusion fuels disputes over PG legality in Bengaluru
