NEW DELHI: Kriti Sanon, along with her sister Nupur Sanon and mother Geeta Sanon, has sold four residential properties at Raheja Classique, Andheri West, Mumbai for ₹8.9 crore.
Two apartments were sold for ₹3.23 crore each, featuring a built-up area of 60.78 sq meters (654.23 sq ft) and a carpet area of 50.63 sq meters (545 sq ft), with one car parking space per unit. Each transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹19.41 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.
Additionally, two other units in the same project were sold for ₹1.21 crore each, with a built-up area of 22.86 sq meters (246.06 sq ft) and a carpet area of 19.05 sq meters (205 sq ft). These transactions included a stamp duty of ₹7.29 lakh each and registration charges of ₹30,000 per unit, as noted in IGR documents reviewed by Square Yards.
All transactions were registered in April 2026.
Geeta Sanon initially purchased the two units at Raheja Classique in July 2013 for ₹1.40 crore, while Kriti and Nupur Sanon acquired their two units in June 2017 for ₹2.90 crore, resulting in a total family investment of around ₹4.31 crore.
With the current sales valued at ₹8.9 crore, the Sanon family has realized an appreciation of approximately ₹4.60 crore on their investment, representing a capital gain of around 107% over a holding period of nine to 13 years.
