NEW DELHI: G Square Group has purchased a five-acre land parcel valued at ₹300 crore in Periyar, Madurai, from the TVS Group owners to create a residential and commercial plotted development named G Square Temple View Square.
The land was previously owned by T. V. Sundaram Iyengar, the founder of the TVS family of companies.
Out of the total area, 1.63 acres will be dedicated to residential development, two acres for commercial use, and the remaining land will provide infrastructure and community amenities. The project consists of 55 plots in total, including 50 residential and five commercial plots.
Residential plots are priced starting from ₹15,990 per sq ft, which amounts to ₹69.64 lakh, while commercial plots start at ₹25,990 per sq ft, with prices beginning at ₹1.13 crore.
