NEW DELHI: Keystone Realtors has reported an 83.06% decline in net consolidated profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The company recorded a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹5.08 crore, down from ₹29.98 crore during the same quarter last fiscal year, as per their BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated income for Q3 FY26 was ₹293.95 crore, a drop of 39.49% from ₹485.82 crore in the same quarter the previous year.
Boman Irani, Chairman and Managing Director, stated, “Our pre-sales reached ₹837 crore in Q3 FY26 and ₹2,676 crore year-to-date (YTD) FY26, marking a strong 23% year-on-year growth. This quarter, we launched a new project with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹919 crore, bringing our total launches for YTD FY26 to five projects, totaling a GDV of ₹5,835 crore. Additionally, we introduced another project with an estimated GDV of ₹382 crore, resulting in a total of four new projects for YTD FY26, which includes two cluster redevelopment initiatives, aggregating a GDV of ₹8,649 crore, exceeding our full-year guidance.”
As of December 31, 2025, the company’s net worth stood at ₹2,802.50 crore, with a debt-equity ratio of 0.45 and a current liability ratio of 0.83. The total debt to total assets ratio was 0.18, the operating margin was 6.5%, and the net profit margin was 1.9%.
Pre-sales for Q3 FY26 were ₹837 crore, and YTD pre-sales reached ₹2,676 crore, reflecting a 23% increase compared to YTD FY25. Collections amounted to ₹524 crore.
The company successfully launched five projects with a GDV of ₹5,835 crore in YTD FY26, accomplishing 83% of its full-year FY26 guidance.
During Q3 FY26, it added one project with an estimated GDV of ₹382 crore, bringing the total for YTD FY26 to four projects with a combined GDV of ₹8,649 crore, surpassing the full-year FY26 guidance of ₹6,000 crore.
Additionally, one project was launched with an estimated GDV of ₹919 crore, totaling five projects in YTD FY26 with a GDV of ₹5,835 crore. Approximately 83% of the full-year FY26 launch guidance of ₹7,000 crore has already been met.
Gross debt was reported at ₹625 crore with a gross debt/equity ratio of 0.22 as of Q3 FY26.
