NEW DELHI: HDFC Capital Advisors, the real estate private equity branch of the HDFC Group, has partnered with Curated Living Solutions (CLS), led by Bhaskar Raju from the DivyaSree Group, to create a ₹1,000 crore rental housing platform.
According to Vipul Roongta, CEO of HDFC Capital, “India’s urban rental housing market is at a pivotal moment, influenced by a youthful and mobile demographic. Rental housing plays a crucial role in enhancing mobility, particularly for students, young professionals, and migrant workers.”
The platform will emphasize the development, ownership, and management of institutional-grade rental housing assets to address the increasing demand for professionally managed rental accommodation in major urban areas.
Bhaskar Raju, the promoter of Curated Living Solutions and DivyaSree Group, stated, “Our focus will be on developing and owning high-quality rental housing assets, prioritizing safety, functional design, and sustainability.”
Currently, CLS manages over 13,000 beds throughout India.
