NOIDA: The Greater Noida Authority will conduct an e-auction for 90 flats in Sector Omicron 1A on January 28. The reserve price for these flats ranges from Rs 73.2 lakh to Rs 74.3 lakh, based on the floor location.
These flats are situated on the 1st and 15th floors, each offering a carpet area of 83.38 square metres and a super area of 104.7 square metres. Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar has instructed the property department to expedite the allotment process to utilize the housing stock effectively, helping potential homeowners take advantage of this scheme.
Interested applicants can register until February 18. Buyers have the option to make a full payment upfront or choose to pay in four instalments over two years.
Sunil Kumar Singh, the additional chief executive officer of the Greater Noida Authority, highlighted the strategic location of Sector Omicron 1A. “This sector benefits from direct access to the 130-metre-wide road, facilitating easy connectivity to various parts of Greater Noida. These already constructed flats will be handed over promptly after completing the allotment and lease deed formalities, providing immediate relief from rental costs,” Singh stated.
